Now that javascript is available, we are looking to use some of the moment.js library features to control the calendar element, but not sure how to install.

I'm guessing you'd get a CDN link for moment.js and paste it into the "Import JavaScript here" box.

Do note per the project maintainers Moment.js is "done/legacy" and you might want to use one of their suggested successor libraries for new projects. It's not going anywhere any time soon and is used by millions of projects, but something to consider. Some of the successor libraries are notably smaller which can help page load times. See:

Got it. Just this ability to load all these libraries is really helpful! This allows us to use jquery again.
