aspire registration

Can someone remind me again of the link to get assistance getting someone an activation email for Aspire?  I have tried several times and it is not getting to the client.  She has checked spam folders etc.  Any help is much appreciated!

Hi Wendy,

Thank you for reaching out. Please note that in order for someone to activate an Aspire account, they must first have a Laserfiche Support Site account. It sounds like your client is running into trouble creating their Support Site account, as that process involves an activation email. 

The email will be titled "Laserfiche Account Activation" and come from info@laserfiche.com. 

I'll email you from Aspire@Laserfiche.com for further assistance.
