Hello,
Customer reached out yesterday to state that a form they use that sends email notifications out to a group of users is no longer sending the emails.
There are no suspended instances.
When I test sending an email from the Forms Config->Email Settings->Email Notification to myself, I receive the notice that the "Test Email sent successfully", but I do not receive the email.
When looking in the Forms->App->Admin log we see the following error:
An unexpected error has occurred. [LFF502-UnexpectedError]
Inner exception: Microsoft.Identity.Client.MsalUiRequiredException
Message: AADSTS700082: The refresh token has expired due to inactivity. The token was issued on 2021-07-27T15:57:01.0875058Z and was inactive for 90.00:00:00.
I did a Google search and this appears to be related to Azure OAuth.
Is this related to Basic Auth being deprecated? I am hesitant to say yes, as this is related to their Email Notification setting which is using SMTP, not their Forms Approval settings, which is already setup with OAuth 2.0.
Customer's IT confirmed the account is working properly on the Azure side.
Is there something else that needs to be configured on the Forms Configuration-Email Notification setting.
Appreciate the feedback,
Jeff Curtis
