I was trying to activate docusign feature in Laserfiche Repository. 

The setup is done with all the required settings as per the instructions found in the Administration guide.

The validation of the account settings passes without any errors and the integration settings in the Repository is done and validated too.

When a document is selected and Request for signature with docusign triggers the signing process is shows up with this dialog.
