I have a document with a QR Code (see attached).  I've set up a document classification with a Bar Code process in First Page Identification and it is set to QR Code symbology.  The attached document is set up as the sample document for this particular classification.  It works when I click Test current process but it does not work when I actually scan the same document. 

I have multiple document classifications in this session file and all but two are working fine so I'm not sure what to do in order to fix the two classifications that aren't working.
