I created an Exe and tried to add the exe in the customization pane but, it doesn't seem to appear?

I have followed the documentation provided by Laserfiche, but doesn't seem to appear?

Can anyone guide me with screenshots on how to add the customized applications/exe on the LF client[windows client]
