This task's business process is not enabled and cannot be completed yet.

I'm in Cloud and I have a Business Process form that starts with a user submission, goes to a Save to Repository task, then goes to an exclusive gateway, and then gets assigned to a group (then on to other things).

I submitted a test and after it got assigned to the group I found it on the Monitor area, went to the history tab and reassigned it to me.

When I pull up the form I get the message "This task's business process is not enabled and cannot be completed yet." in a yellow warning bubble.

Any idea how to fix? I don't see any place to enable (or disable) the business process.

You can enable the process from the Details.

Thank you for the screenshot I would never have found that.

Any ideas how it would have got disabled? I had downloaded this form and later used the import button to make a new process. I checked and the original form is enabled so is it somehow automatically disabled upon import?

Separately, is there any indicator anywhere where I could see the status of all my other forms? Or do I have to check one by one...

Never mind I figured it out the main Business Processes list has a column for Status. I wish the original message mentioned the word "Status" somewhere but I guess I'm supposed to know that.

I was also able to confirm that processes are disabled upon import so that is good to know.
