Scheduled Report Creating Multiple Saved Snapshots

I have a Scheduled Report in Forms 10.4.4.444 that is configured to run at 4:00 AM each day.

The report runs as expected, but it creates 3-4 Saved Snapshots each time. I have checked that no other reports are creating them, but I can't figure out why this scheduled report would cause multiples to be created. I have tried to delete it and recreate the scheduled report and it still happens.

Any ideas?

Report schedule is based on timer system in Forms. When multiple routing services are connected to same database, each of them will process schedule timer and save snapshot independently. Therefore, described issue could happen.

If multiple routing services are required by the deployment, routing service cluster supported from 11 needs to be set up (https://doc.laserfiche.com/laserfiche.documentation/11/administration/en-us/Default.htm#../Subsystems/Forms/Content/Forms/configuring-forms-clusters.htm), where only primary node will process timer.

Could you confirm how many routing services are running in the environment?

There are currently 4.

That makes sense. We are planning on upgrading to version 11 beginning of 2023.
