I am unable to find reassigned task in assigned task list.

Hi Everyone,

When a task is assigned to a team, we can view this task in tasks tab on laserfiche home page. When I find this task in team task, There are 3 sections provided for this team task, assigned task, unassigned task and completed task.

when a task is first assigned to a team, its reflected in unassigned tasks. when a user from this team assigns the task to themselves, this task is visible in assigned tasks. When this user reassigns the task to second user, this task is not visible in the assigned task list. This is the problem because the task has disappeared from the list.

On laserfiche tasks tab, we do not have another option to view reassigned tasks, how can this be rectified?

Not everybody in the team has access to process automation to view the task history from business process, So how can we view the task which is still in progress but its reassigned to a second user.

Hi Pallavi,

You can view the task assigned to a second user by clicking on the top right Team management link and then configuring Team Options to "Show team tasks to all team members".

Hi Francis,

I have set the option to show team tasks to all team members, but the query is , the task is not visible when it is REassigned to a different user.

I cannot reproduce the issue from my end. I assume "a different user" is also within the same team. Here is my reproduction steps. Let me know if I'm missing anything.

Assigned a user task to a team
Assigned the task to myself, then reassigned the task to another team member (the task is visible to me)
Asked another team member to reassign the task to a different member or to herself (the task is always visible to her)

To reproduce, you can't be part of the team.

Hi Francis,

Different user is not within the same team and I am not assigning this task to team, I am assiging this task to another user. Is it possible to view that task in this team " assigned tasks"?

Does anyone find a solution? I'm facing the same problem. When the task is reassigned (2nd time) to someone in the same team, we can't see it in Assigned Tasks. I realized that the team_id column is missing in the database. To make them appear again, I can:

Be part of the team before reassigning it OR
Assign to the team and then reassign to a team member.

However, I can't prevent it from happening again. Not everyone will know these rules.

Note: "Show team tasks to all team members" is checked.
