Server error in '/DocuSignConnectService' application

Hello to all
I am trying to integrate the DocuSign module into Laserfiche. I can send documents for signature, but they do not come back to Laserfiche automatically.

On the DocuSign page, I get the error 500.

 

 

In the event viewer, I have a lot of error messages that I don't understand.

 

I need your help please.

 

How can I get a return in Laserfiche of documents signed via DocuSign?

The error means that DocuSign did not send the data in the format that the receiver was expecting. Make sure you configure it as described in the documentation. In particular, the "Legacy" and "Aggregate" settings are required.

Hi Brian,

I don't really understand the part 4.

What that means "replace 000ab000 by actual value" ? What is the "actual value" ?

Last question, I did'nt find the "Legacy" and the "Aggreage" settings.

Can you confirm if it looks like the print screen below?

What goes in the url is the repository name, you should replace that string with your actual repository name.

I'm not sure where your screenshot is from. The items I called out are controlled here:

That appears to show correct configuration on the Laserfiche side, but my comment was about verifying configuration on the DocusSign side. It appears that DocuSign is sending the data in the incorrect format.

Bonjour Samir,

Merci pour le coup de main. J'ai testé l'url https://vantalespc.ddns.net/docusignconnectservice/diagnostics/testlogin et j'ai bien le message retourné.

J'avoue qu'avant ce message j'ai eu une notification d'alerte m'indiquant que mon site n'était pas certain (malgré le certificat SSL).

J'ai rencontré ce soucis uniquement sous Chrome ; sous Firefox et IE aucun message d'alerte.

When I visit that url, the certificate appears to be valid and matches the host. If there is a certificate problem, you would expect the DocuSign logs to say something either explicitly about the certificate or more generically about "failing to establish a secure connection".
