firefox and outlook drag and drop

I am unable to drag a pdf attachment in outlook to the laserfiche cloud web client.  Works using edge and/or chrome.  Is anyone else having this problem?  Is the solution just not to use firefox?

This is outside Laserfiche's control. It does not look like Firefox ever supported this functionality: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=580928
