Question

Edit date token - Cloud

asked on October 18, 2022

Hello,

I am working on an auto filing workflow. I need to rename the document being filed to indicate the year it expires (the following year). So far I have edited the date token to just return the year instead of the full date. Is there a way to add 1 to the returned year value using token editor? There has to be a better way than having to go in and edit the workflow every year so the correct year is returned.

This is for Cloud and not On Prem.

Thank you

You can use the Date Token Calculator activity.

Miruna,

I tried multiple ways using the calculator and it doesn't return the correct number.  It only returns 1 when tested.

Can you post screenshots of your activity configuration?

DateToken Calculator gives me 10/18/2023 with the following configuration:

Thank you so much! I was using the token calculator not the date token calculator. I completely overlooked that activity.
