There isn't a specific "Getting Started" document to my knowledge. I'd recommend going through the Quick Fields admin guide documentation in order.

If you're using the "Quick Fields Scanning" application, you may find some of these Quick Fields video resources from the documentation useful. There are a good number of Laserfiche Aspire learning videos on Quick Fields as well.
