Could not open Workflow Designer

Hi all,

I can't open workflow designer now, below is error message. Thank you.

The first error indicates that the Workflow Server service is not running.

The second one indicates that the Workflow Server couldn't connect to SQL. The 2 errors are not necessarily related. SQL Server's error log may have more information on why "lfsqladmin" couldn't connect.
