We recently had to failover to our warm site due to possible hurricane Ian. We failed over with no issue but when we failed back to Main site the Laserfiche took forever to failback to our main site. We use Zerto VM replication which works well and provides delta change push of all of our VM's offsite. Anyone out there using Zerto or other replication measures? Our Laserfiche system volumes is about 13TB in size

Yeah, we consider Zerto and other continuous replication DR solutions like Azure Site Recovery, VMware Site Recovery Manager, etc. to be the current gold standard for protecting self-hosted Laserfiche systems. We use such a solution ourselves.
Hopefully your Zerto logs can help provide some indications of why the failback took much longer than expected. I'm guessing the failback delta for Laserfiche wasn't particularly large. Perhaps there were network bottlenecks over ISP circuits as many organizations were carrying out DR operations? Difficult to speculate on without logging/monitoring data.
