Customer of our reached out with the following issue:

"I have twenty forms instances that are stuck in the Save to Repository Step. It looks like some required metadata wasn’t completed during the forms process. How do I get the form back from save to repository to the initiator? There isn’t an option to kick it back a step and this is a public generated form. I did try to update the variable in the admin monitor, but it still keeps failing."

Is there a way to access the forms instances and update the required metadata.

If not,  is there a way to update the process so the next step is to go back to the initiator, then skip the Save to Repository Step.

Then after the 20 are skipped/assigned, fix the process again to catch the Metadata field requirements.

Not sure the above will work as the form is public.

If neither of the above is possible, does the customer need to fix the process and then request the user(s) to resubmit the form?
