To extend the post below, which did not get very far. As an administrator how do we see how many operations a user is running at once and what they are?
Users are complaining of getting this error while doing simple procedures, such as saving new metdata, looking at properties, and viewing recent documents.
The current request could not be performed because there are too many existing operations running. [9035]

When I tell the users they can't do 10 things at once, they litterally can't by definition. The program only allows you to take one action at a time. You can select multiple entries to take an action on, but the system performs those actions sequentially up to hundreds of thousands of actions without issue.
You can see the last reply from Mason was that they are not doing anything out of the ordinary, which is the case with the reports that come to us as well. I simply need more explanation then "they need to stop doing 10 things at once".
