I have a workflow that takes a flat file, sends it to a different system, runs an SQL procedure and then emails the results. The issue I'm having is that when this file is a .txt file, workflow does not attach it like an electronic file. If the flat file has an .dat extension or even NO extension, Workflow emails the file as an attachment no issue. It's only when the flat file is a .txt file that I have trouble. The email that Workflow send even has a message at the bottom. 

"The following attachments were not included because they had no content" 

and then the name of the file. How can I get Workflow to attach the text file and treat it like an electronic file? Thanks.
