Can Participant Users (self-hosted) attach files through outlook addon?

Good day,

Would Participant Users on Self-hosted Subscription be able to attach files to an email using the Laserfiche Office integration in Outlook?

I would say no, since a Participant User license doesn't allow downloading a file from the repository.
