Quickfields - PDF

We upgraded our Quickfields application to Version 11. Since then on one of our sessions we always have from 1 to 6 files that didn't converted to an electronic document and stayed as a PDF but without pages.

 

Checking the QuickFields Agent Administration Console... I see this error message:

"A generic error occurred in GDI+. at Laserfiche.PdfServices.PdfExtractor.importPDFPageImage (PdfFile file, DocumentInfo doc, Int32nPageIndex, Int32&Height)"

 

Do you know how can we fix this? Please see pictures regarding this.

Can you generate pages for those pdfs after store in the repository? Or can you stably reproduce the issue with Quick Fields Agent using those pdf files?

No, I can't generate pages for those PDFs when it comes like that. But, we have a "backup" folder where today's files go. Basically all that I have to do is going into the backup folder, select the "bad" PDFs, generate pages, and then manually process them on quickfields. That's how I have been doing it every day, cause everyday I get from 1 to 5 PDfs with no pages.

I want to see if there's a fix for this? :(

If you can open a support case with your solution provider and provide us the Quick Fields session you are using and some sample pdf files that you can reproduce the issue as well as the logs for Quick Fields Agent, it will be easier for us to troubleshooting.
