I am trying to sign in to my cloud repository to attach a document.

These are the steps:

1. I click on the Attach Laserfiche Document button

2. This screen comes up:

3. I click on attach repository

The "Laserfiche Server" and "Repository Name" have no information (they are blank) so I click on "Sign in here"

4. I get this error:

4. I click OK.

5. The sign in screen appears but it is blank as shown below:

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
