Customer of our has been using WEBDAV since 2020.

Last week, all of their users lost their mapped drive for LF.

One of the user tried to re-map the drive.  They are being prompted to enter their Windows credentials, but it just keeps cycling back to the prompt for their creds.

The users access LF with their windows credentials.

We have checked and confirmed:

1. Listening Port is set to 80

2. Check FW rule inbound/outbound and 80 is open on the LF Server

3. They are using a windows service account for LF Server Service, and we verified the correct SPN's have been registered and not removed

4. The following DWORD value is showing in Registry Editor

 "ListenRootURL" and give it a value of "1".

Since it has been working for two years then just stopped working, I am not sure where else to look.
