Cloud is giving users a message that an update is available for the Desktop Scanning, but each time we click to download and run the updater, it just leaves it on version 11.0.2203.123
What version should it be upgrading to? Why does it keep saying an update is available? We need more specifics to troubleshoot this as there are no errors when we run the executable it downloads.
