Check-in process of documents keeps looping in the Windows Client

Hi All,

I am wandering if anyone has seen an issue with the Laserfiche Windows client whereby when you check out a doc, make your changes, then check the document back in, you then go to exit out of MS Word it then askes you to check in the doc again. its like its in a loop. Then the only option is to go to the doc in Laserfiche and discard changes

forgot to add, i do the same process with the Laserfiche web client it works. i am hoping its just some simple config needed on the Windows client to resolve?
