Laseriche 11 requiring users to enter domain name in front of username when logging in

asked on October 4, 2022

We recently updated to Laserfiche Forms 11, and have noticed that new users are required to enter domain\username when logging in. Before, they could just use their windows username without specifying the domain. I have also noticed that if they just put \username it works as well without even specifying the domain name. I did specify the domain name in the Laserfiche Forms config. The logs show that when the user doesn't specify the domain it says the username or password are wrong. Does anybody have insight into this?

What type of authentication is Forms setup to use, Laserfiche Server or Directory Server? This option is set in /FormsConfig.
