Going through all of our reports in Laserfiche Forms, I realized that all Scheduled Reports were saving a snapshot each time a report was generated.
Would it be possible to have a feature added in Forms, where you could set the number of days a saved snapshot is kept, similar to what has been done for instances and instance data? I feel like most of these reports could probably be removed after a specified period, and I think this would be a huge time saver!

Thanks for the feature request, we have got similar requests before and we will consider adding auto clean up snapshots with data maintenance.

It would also be nice if you are creating a Scheduled Report and selecting to Save to Repository or Email with Attachment, if you could tell it not to create the Saved Snapshot. We have several scheduled reports that save to the repository, and we have no need for Forms to keep the snapshot.
This is a good idea. We also have a large number of snapshots that have been accumulated over the years and there's definitely some we don't need to keep forever.
Adding this as an option to the data maintenance would be helpful. Something similar to instance data and file upload maintenance where we can set a global policy with the option to override it and set different policies for individual reports.
