operation timed out error when storing documents

I have a user who receives the Operation Time Out error when storing color or grayscale documents.  no error is seen in the event log.  Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Storing documents using what process in what product? I believe I've had a similar issue in Laserfiche Forms when trying to save a form to the repository with an invalid file name or when trying to save it to the default volume (when no default volume for the repository was defined).

I am currently experiencing this as well within the scanning client of laserfiche client app 10.3.  It happens for one specific repository regardless of types/settings.
