As of October 1, 2022, DocuSign will implement new security requirements for all integrations connecting to DocuSign. You do not need to update your Laserfiche installation, but all customers using the DocuSign integration (both self-hosted and on Laserfiche Cloud) will need to modify their DocuSign configuration to be in compliance with these changes.

Important: If these changes are not made, the DocuSign integration will stop functioning on October 1, 2022.

Configuration Instructions for Laserfiche Cloud

 

Users who have already configured the Docusign Integration should make sure to set the legacy data format in step 6 of the section "Setting Up DocuSign to Communicate with Laserfiche," and to update their DocuSign account information in step 3 of the section "Configuring DocuSign Import Settings in Laserfiche."

 

Configuration Instructions for Self-Hosted Laserfiche

 

Users who have already configured the Docusign Integration should make sure to set the legacy data format in step 6 of the section "Configuring DocuSign Connect Settings," and to update their DocuSign account information in step 8 of the section "Configuring WebAccessConfig.xml."
