LF 11 Office Integration "Failed to connect to the server. Verify the server is online before trying again. [9067]"

Hello,

Customer has this ongoing issue when trying to send Office Documents to LF via the Office Integration in the LF Windows Client, where they get the error message below, when trying to connect to their Repository:

This does affect more then one users.

It does not affect them when using the Web Client.

It is random as well, as it could work for a few days then it they get the error.

We have shown the customer the following steps, which does resolve the issue, but then it comes back again randomly.

  1. On that error message, Click OK and then click Cancel.
  2. Click on Repository to select it.
  3. Then click the dropdown next to the repository icon and select Detach Repository.
  4. Click on the same icon and select Attach Repository
  5. Enter LF Server FQDN
  6. Select Repository
    1. Select Windows Authentication and click Ok

 

The are on LF11 and Office Integration version is 11.0.0.453.

Anyone else seen this error and if so found a permanent solution?

I had an open case with Laserfiche and we're still waiting to hear back from the client if it's been fully resolved, but so far so good after two weeks. Laserfiche indicated that the plugin will use the information configured for the server on the Web Client config page. In our case we had the IP entered for the server name versus the FQDN. Since updating that value to the FQDN, I've not had any complaints.

The same here. LF does not show the pop-up to attach the new repository.
