Customer has this ongoing issue when trying to send Office Documents to LF via the Office Integration in the LF Windows Client, where they get the error message below, when trying to connect to their Repository:
This does affect more then one users.
It does not affect them when using the Web Client.
It is random as well, as it could work for a few days then it they get the error.
We have shown the customer the following steps, which does resolve the issue, but then it comes back again randomly.
- On that error message, Click OK and then click Cancel.
- Click on Repository to select it.
- Then click the dropdown next to the repository icon and select Detach Repository.
- Click on the same icon and select Attach Repository
- Enter LF Server FQDN
- Select Repository
- Select Windows Authentication and click Ok
The are on LF11 and Office Integration version is 11.0.0.453.
Anyone else seen this error and if so found a permanent solution?
