We are facing an issue with our Laserfiche Server application, the Laserfiche VM  had down due to some issue and restart on another Host cluster.

After restarting the server we got a license limit issue, Please advise.

It sounds like the hardware fingerprint of your VM has changed and that rendered the license invalid. You can follow the steps in this KB article to deactivate the existing license registration and register it again using the updated fingerprint.
