Does anyone know how to view excel formats in the content viewer of weblink 11, I have highlighted all the conventions in View document options but none of them work

WebLink doesn't have an embedded viewer for Office documents. It is showing the pages that were generated, which appear to be blank for some reason. I think the two options here are 1) investigate why the pages are blank or 2) not have image pages, so that the user will download the file and open it with a local application.

But it strikes me that in version 9 it works correctly.
Here are the screens of the query to the same repository and contents.
Notice the page count in the version 9 screenshot. That indicates that it is displaying page content, not the edoc content - so it wasn't doing anything special for Excel documents previously, either. If the document had image pages, version 9 would have preferred to display them over text pages, I think. Based on that, I would guess that in the second case there were only text pages generated, but now there are also image pages. Does that sound right?

Also, I see that version 11 has a lot of problems, I'm going to discourage the use of version 11 for now until Laserfiche reviews this version.
