Audit Trail Configuration-"The user account name or password is incorrect [9010]

Hello,

I am helping a customer configure their Audit Trail V11.

At the authentication screen we are getting the following error trying to use the LF admin named user account and PW:

We have verified that we can log into the LF Client and Admin Console using the same admin account and PW.

Does the account that is logged onto the Server need to be licensed in LFDS/Admin Console to be able to run the Configuration Wizard?

The account we are logged onto the server with is a local admin account created on the server, not a domain service/admin account and is not licensed.

Hi, Jeff,

 

This issue should have nothing to do with the account logged onto Audit Trail Configuration Site. 

Could you try another account for Audit Trail connecting to the repository? This is just for investigation that may help narrow down the cause.

Hello Jiajun,

I have tried this with their WF and Forms Named user account and same issue.

I can log into LF Client with both of those accounts.

Looks like a support case is appropriate here as gathering more information is needed to address this issue.
