I am helping a customer configure their Audit Trail V11.
At the authentication screen we are getting the following error trying to use the LF admin named user account and PW:
We have verified that we can log into the LF Client and Admin Console using the same admin account and PW.
Does the account that is logged onto the Server need to be licensed in LFDS/Admin Console to be able to run the Configuration Wizard?
The account we are logged onto the server with is a local admin account created on the server, not a domain service/admin account and is not licensed.
