Import button not visible to users. I believe they have all authority needed. Any ideas what I may be missing?
It's possible for users to customize their toolbar layouts. Is it in the overflow menu (the 3 dots)?
Tried to customize. Under the Current User there are only a few options listed in the "Under More Actions Button" The Import Icon is the one in question and it is not available. Yet is appears under the "Default for All Users"
I think that implies that they don't have import rights. There aren't any toolbar options that modify the repository - are they read-only?
Reviving this thread as we have a user with the same issue.
They are part of a AD SG that has is synced to LF and one user in this group (3 total) does not see the Import icon.
Group has Import Feature Rights and has Create folder permissions.
We checked in options and this icon is set via "Defaults for all Users"
Tried adding the user individually in folder permissions and same issue.
Only option we did not try was to remove the user from the AD SG, let AD Sync update LF and then have the user try again.
Would appreciate any other ideas anyone might have.
