Forms inbox does not load tasks, Monitoring also does not open any instance.

Laserfiche forms does not show any task in the inbox, it loads forever, same time, in the monitor I  once I open any instance I get the message "Laserfiche Forms has encountered a problem.".

 

I have tried a lot of things, including uninstalling and installing afresh Laserfiche forms with no luck. I have searched on this platform but I found unanswered questions about the same scenario.

Have you searched the event logs on the Forms server?

Yes, I did. Unfortunately, nothing has been logged there. All I can see are logs related to Email Configuration which I assume are there since I have configured email notifications after reinstallation.

I would open a support case with Laserfiche.

Hi Emmanuel,

 

I've seen this before when the forms routing service is stopped. Or when the user the Forms IIS app pool is running as doesn't have enough rights on the forms server.
 

A support case is probably the best way to go as Blake says, but just something to check.

When you open a support case, please provide a copy of the backup for the Forms database.
