Error 797 - attach repository

Hi,

 

When I try to attach a repository, I get the list of repositories and the login window, but I after to logging  in, I get the error 797.

 

We did some testing with telnet and it looks like we have ports 80 and 443 open to the laserfiche server.

Hi Jennifer,

Are you able to attach and login to the repository on the server itself? First thing I would check is that the Laserfiche Server service is running on the server.

Hi Jacob,

Yes, the laserfiche server service is running on the server because the web client works.

In fact, in this moment all the users are using the web client.

The problem is in this network, because the laserfiche server is public and with another machine that is connected in another network, I attached the repository without problem.
