Question

Is there a way to print a master list of all the "forms" that have been created in Forms?

asked on September 7, 2022

I am looking for a way to print or download a list of the "forms" that have been created in forms.  A csv file would be ideal.

Thanks!

Christine

If you are able to query the Forms SQL database you can easily pull the list. It may be better than a screenshot as well because you could copy and paste the list into your spreadsheet. You can find the full list in the dbo.cf_business_processes table.

Hi Christine,

Could you clarify what specifically you're looking to include in this list and what its purpose is?

Do you want the names of all the Forms processes, like you see in the "Manage" tab?

Do you want to see the names of all the forms within each Forms process?

Etc.

Thanks for the response Samuel!

I am looking for a way to generate a list of all the Forms processes (and not the forms that are contained within each process).

Have a good afternoon.

Hello again Samuel,

I maybe should have asked for a way to export a list of all of the Business Processes that I have created.

Here is an Excel tracking sheet that helps me ensure that maintenance and other activities happen for all my Business Processes.

I have manually typed the process names into this sheet.  Looking for a way to grab the BP names.  Over the last almost 3 years I have created 158 BP's.  I have not updated my tracking sheet in awhile, and need to add quite a few, then go through the process of making sure I have completed all the needed tasks around these processes (example - create a process document for each business process, import process doc to Laserfiche etc.).  It would be great to have the capability of generating a BP Names report that could be downloaded as a csv.  I did not see a way to do that.

Hope this additional info helps.
