Release highlights for the Laserfiche Cloud September release include:
Business Processes
Process designers can hide the action history from the Forms process initiator to keep details of the process secure. This is particularly useful for when tasks which may include comments that are not intended for the initiator, such as an IT network access request.
Increased email size
Emails in workflows and business processes can now be up to 40 MB, up from 10 MB.
Forms
When signing a Laserfiche form, users now have an option to set a default signature for signing future forms. Process designers now have an option to make users confirm their email before saving their form as a draft to decrease likelihood of typos. Process administrators can now save their searches for these drafts.
Project Security
Process administrators can now use project security to secure the access and edit rights for web requests. Remote agents that may interact with web requests are not included in project security yet.
Solution Marketplace
Five customer-submitted processes now available for use in Laserfiche Cloud. These include Payment and Travel Card Application Process and New Student Hire from Texas A&M, Forms Process Change Request from Samish Indian Nation, New User Request from City of Thousand Oaks and Laserfiche Resources Navigation Page from Westbank First Nation.
