EMEA Cloud - Direct Share Duration Increase

Hi All,

 

I remember seeing an announcement a while ago that direct share was going to be updated from 7 days to 30 days, when will this change take effect in EMEA cloud?

Is this in your solution provider account? Those types of accounts are still limited to 7 days.

Ah! That explains it. Thanks Miruna, as long as it's 30 days for customer accounts, all good. Cheers!

It's 7 days for the lower tier plans and 30 days for Rio and Business tier plans.

Hello Miruna,

So to confirm, customer's who are on-prem with Subscription Licenses using the Hybrid Direct Share, will be limited to 7 days as well, correct.

It's 7 days for the lower tiers Subscription plans and 30 days for the Business tier.
