This is an on-prem system trying to simple merge with a mail merge word document. Nothing seems out of order in the configuration within workflow but when the workflow runs it throws this error, I can't think of what is null that is required.

I opened the document in Google Docs and nothing looks out of the ordinary, I am not sure there is such a thing as a required field, but I am filling all the fields out.
