I have a client using Avante 9.2 that has numerous volumes in the repository and having an issue with one of them.  The one with the issue is one that I believe was created and limited by size with auto rollover to an additional volume.  As shown, it is Massmutual (with sub volumes Massmutual1 & Massmutual2).  When searching by volume, the search results provide a list of documents on the Massmutual volume.  When selecting a document from the results, the thumbnail states: ‘Couldn't find text or image for page 1’ and the image pane states ‘Page contents no image’, but the metadata is correct.

I’ve found the network location of the image from the properties of the Laserfiche document.  Following that out to the network, the image is valid.  I’ve been able to open it with an image viewer.

Any thoughts as to what is going on?
