How can I autofill address field using address database?

1- How can I autofill addresses using a database of addresses in the Addresses field, to prevent duplication or errors when writing them.

P.S:
- Could google map or another address database be used as a basis to obtain the addresses and have them auto-fill in the fields corresponding to the address?

2- Is it possible to validate address entries to prevent duplicates on already existing addresses?

I will appreciate any suggestion.

It is not possible to do this using the "address" field type, since, to my knowledge, it is not fillable using a lookup data source. You'd have to make your own collection of fields for each part of the address, then filling them using a lookup data source. 

Sourcing an address database is a separate issue entirely. You could download the National Address Database and put it in SQL or whatever you're using. Here's a link to the CSV for import.
