How do I scan in a new version of a document

I have a document that requires a signature. I scanned in the document to the repository, but was informed there were errors so I would like to replace the existing version with a new version. I have enabled version tracking, but all it seems to let me do is import a new version directly. Preferably I would like to scan the document in.

 

How do I scan in a new version of an existing document??

I think you're asking how to use Laserfiche Scanning to create a new version of an existing document.  If you open scanning from the document, you can scan the new pages into the document and delete the old pages.  You will now have a new version with the new pages.

Yes, thank you James. What I did not realize is that to make sure it saved as an alternate version you had to make sire to check the document out. That was the step I was missing in the process.
