Geolocation works on live form, but not saved on filing copy

Why do I see the geolocation field filling in properly on a form when I test it, but the forms that I'm seeing that were submitted by staff in real life use are coming in with nothing filled in on this field?

Are they submitting through a mobile device? Have they "allowed" the form to capture the geolaction on their device? Typically they would be asked when the form loaded, but if they Do Not Allow it won't capture the value.

Yes, they are submitting on a mobile device. Maybe that's what's happening. I will get their supervisor to check on that. Thanks, Steve!
