I'm getting this error when I try to archive message and attachments with Email Archive 10.4 Update5:

"Error occurred when request server in profile 'xxxxx'. S22.Imap.BadServerResponseException.
Message: xm002 NO Client tried to access nonexistent namespace. (Mailbox name should probably be prefixed with: INBOX.) (0.001 + 0.000 secs)."

I've tried every INBOX name, variation, subfolders etc. I can come up, with no result. Always the same error.

I've tried to send emails from different email servers, commercial (e.g. icloud.com, gmail, etc.) and non commercial and no result. Same error.

Any ideas, anybody has experienced this? Any solution you've came up with?
