Convert dropdown to checkbox from the lookup table

Hi All, I have a form that have dropdown, but i need to convert them has checkbox. If you anyone come across the same one.

Create a table with a checkbox and a field like this...

and then load it with a lookup rule like this...

Hi James, thanks for your response. I tried but didn't work out. Its already showing as dropdown, but from the dropdown I want to make as checkbox.

Mano, You cannot convert a form field from one type to another. You will have to add a new table field as a replacement for your existing field. Jim.
