In the below instructions step 3 says if you have not previously configured single sign-on the image will look like below (and all fields are empty)

Then it skips to step 4/5 of importing the metadata to your indentity provider, however it never mentions filling out the blank information shown or where to get this info?

We noticed that when getting to step 6, there is no Enable Single Sign-On checkbox in the existing user accounts and we think this is why, all these fields are still blank.
