I was working on the css and javascript for my form.  i was going back and forth between layout and the css screen and then occassionally doing the preview of the form.  Well now when i do preview my form is missing.   When i go back to the css and javascript tab my form is not longer showing on the right.  Everything still shows on the layout screen and the css and javascript is there.  Did i somehow corrupt the process and i need to start the form all over?
