Hi Geethmi,
We strive to ensure Laserfiche web interfaces adhere to accessibility standards and work with accessibility software like screen readers.
Are there any specific issues you're encountering using JAWS (Job Access With Speech) with Laserfiche Forms? If so, we would encourage you to file a support case through your Solution Provider so they can pass the feedback to our development team.
We test our software against Section 508 / WGAC 2.1 accessibility guidelines and publish our results in VPATs you can download from here: https://www.laserfiche.com/legal/accessibility/
Please note that customers are responsible for ensuring the accessibility of any custom JavaScript or HTML they add to Laserfiche forms. That's not something we can test against ourselves.
While the software does not perfectly adhere to every item in the WCAG 2.1 guidelines, we do achieve most of them. This should translate to a high level of compatibility with screen readers and other accessibility solutions.
Thanks Samuel. Actually my organization has a requirement for a Laserfiche form, to be accessible by those who are visually impaired as well. Before designing the form, I'm evaluating Laserfiche's abilities in the arena, to check whether they should go with a different designing tool for this one. I'll follow your suggestions.
