We see that you can now determine whether a Forms process is 'Public' or 'Private' and then if Private, allow access to all or only certain users/groups - which is great.

However - it appears that if the customer doesn't have Forms Portal, then the option of selecting 'Starting form privacy' (the equivalent of on-premise Forms 'Access Rights') is not available.

Does this mean that the only way to get access to Forms Privacy is that you have to buy Forms Portal; even when you don't have any use for public forms?
