Does anyone use the Web Access options for Holds?  I have experimented with it and ... I like the option, I think there's some really great stuff here, but I feel like ... I would like more explanation/training, but can't find any.  I would love to hear from anyone else that is using this option.  I created a bit of an explanation document for my replacement after I retire, but its very basic.  Anyone else have any patterns they've developed... especially Best Uses or procedures on how to use, anything like that?

I watched the training video on it today and it did help to clear up some questions and remind me how to edit holds, but the due date is still a question for me.  I see it as a review date, but ... I would like it to come up and smack me in the face with a reminder when due dates come up!  And what happens after the due dates, are the records no longer on hold?  I know that is not true because I had a test running that had a due date in 2021 and I could still not change a typo in a record Name even today.  Until I deleted the test hold.

Anyone with any insights?
